 I founded Get Carter Consulting Ltd to allow clients, project managers, contractors, consultants, sub-contactors and suppliers to benefit from my experience in the building industry with BAM Construction, one of the UK's leading design and build contractors.

Starting out as a site engineer, then going through design and project management I joined the in house design consultancy, BAM Design and become  Director of Structural Engineering. Working   with their in house property company, BAM Properties and FM division BAM FM and many key clients, including Argent, Tesco, Education Funding Agency, Universities and Local Authorities,  gave me a unique perspective and understanding of how to best manage and deliver the  structural and civil design on a project to reduce the risks, maximise opportunities and overcome those inevitable challenges to have a successful project outcome.
